Generally, teacher retirements take place in May and the the schools combine their receptions. I did not expect to have any kind of reception in the middle of the school year but my colleagues had other plans. They planned a really nice reception and had collected money for a gift card for me. I was stunned!
One of the more tech savvy guys put together a rather funny slideshow using Photoshop. It's supposed to illustrate some of the possibilities that I may try during my retirement. It's kind of cute.
